In 2016, the 16th largest skyscraper in America was put on sale by the special servicer. Although our bid did not win. We underwent the entire acquisition process.

417K SF of Flex Industrial Space. At the time about 50% occupied. This asset was ideal for a local developer. Unfortunately, due to our investment criteria we were unable to price in the upside in redeveloping the asset as residential.
